It is safe to say this year has been full of unexpected turns. We were told to take the safe route and not pursue a business this year.
But, let them think we are crazy!
Because if there is a silver-lining to come out of 2020, it is not the year of destruction and chaos; rather, it is the year of realisation. We realised that even when the world has hit 'pause', our environment is still damaged, and at our core we couldn't sit still and wait for the world to adapt to the new normal.
So, as we dream bigger and embrace new technologies we want to share our reasons for why we created this business...

Considering that 10,219 litres of water is used to produce one cotton shirt and a pair of jeans. This is equivalent to one person drinking eight cups of water per day for thirteen years.
Let’s not ignore the fact washing clothes pollutes our waterways and harms our marine life by releasing 500,000 tons of microfibres into the ocean each year — the equivalent of 50 billion plastic bottles.
It is time we consider the impacts of our consumerism on the environment.
Our goal is to change the standard of footwear manufacturing in Australia, improve the standards of offshore manufacturing, and shine a light on the incredible and innovative companies that are inventing recycled and sustainable materials for fashion production.
Let’s rebuild this industry from the ground up!
