By completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions:
All Australian and New Zealand orders will be sent via Australia Post.
Australian estimated delivery time is between 7-14 business days.
New Zealand estimated delivery time is between 1-3 weeks.
Shipping will be an additional price to your order, unless discount code is provided.
Wrong Size or Faulty Products
We will offer a full refund on any wrong size or faulty item purchased from Lost Sols if the item:
Has a genuine manufacturing fault and/or does not correspond with descriptions given to you.
Please note any refund for a wrong size or faulty item must be credited to the original card or account used at the time of purchasing the garment.
We allow refunds for orders shipped within Australia, 14 days of the goods being delivered to you or for orders shipped outside Australia, 28 days of the goods being delivered to you.
Your own return postage costs are not refundable. Items exchanged will be re-sent at our cost.
A wrong size or faulty item claim must be made within a reasonable time of receiving the goods. For wrong size or faulty item please email your contact details with a description of the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org
Photographs of the fault are also welcomed. Please include your original invoice number along with any photographs. We aim to respond to your email within 4 business days. If a wrong size or fault does not amount to major failure in the item, we are entitled to elect between providing you with a repair, replacement or other remedy.
Should you seek compensation, you must provide documentary evidence of the alleged loss or damage suffered by reason of the wrong size/fault or by reason of any failure of Lost Sols to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
The above policy is consistent with consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
